Solemn Mass at Sacred Heart in New Haven

Posted by admin

This announcement from the St. Gregory Society:
A special occasion merits a special announcement. Laetare Sunday (March 2nd) will be observed with a Solemn Mass this year, and thanks to the generous benefaction of Christine M. Beach, the full Schola Cantorum of the Society will assist, singing some of the most memorable sacred music ever written, including the Miserere of Gregorio Allegri and the Missa Pange lingua of Josquin des Prez.
Ms.Beach has asked that the Mass be offered for all those who are estranged from the Catholic Church. We probably all know people who meet this description, so please make an effort to come and join us in prayer for this important intention!
The celebrant is Fr. Robert Boyd and the deacon and homilist is Fr. Richard Cipolla.
The Mass is at 2 pm at Sacred Heart Church in New Haven. Directions
