There will be two Solemn High Masses this weekend. Monsignor Gilles Wach, founder and prior general of the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest, will be the celebrant for both Masses.

The first will be this Friday, June 6, at 6:30 p.m. at Church of the Guardian Angel, 193 10th Ave. at 21st St. in Manhattan. Fr. Andreas Hellmann will serve as the deacon and Fr. Matthew Talarico will serve as the subdeacon.

The second will be Sunday, June 8, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Chapel in West Orange. All are invited to a reception after Mass in Father Wickens Hall at which everyone will have the opportunity to greet Monsignor Wach as well as Monsignor Schmitz, vicar general and superior of the American province of the Institute. directions
