Course in Ecclesiastical Latin Offered in New York

Posted by admin

“Join us as we learn the beauty of the Church’s official language. We will meet on Wednesdays from 7:00p.m.-9:00p.m. The first hour and a half will be devoted to the study of Latin. The last half hour of every class will be devoted to a liturgical topic related to Latin. This class will be designed exclusively for Church Latin. All of our readings and examples will be taken from the liturgy, Church writers (especially Jerome and Augustine) and Latin hymns. There is no fee for this class. Everyone is welcome to attend the Latin only, the last half hour on liturgical topics, or both.”

Michael Boler

When: Wednesdays from 7-9, September 17th-November19th.
