The 18th annual “Pilgrimage for Restoration” to the shrine of the North American Martyrs in Auriesville, New York will take place this weekend on Friday to Sunday, September 20-22. This event is organized by the National Coalition of Clergy and Laity. Solemn Mass in the Extraordinary Form will be celebrated at the Shrine on Sunday, Sept. 22 at 3:15 pm.
This beautiful Shrine, the site of the martyrdom of St. Isaac Jogues and his companions, is located about 40 miles west of Albany, off of the NY State Thruway. Nearby is the Shrine of St. Kateri Tekakwitha in Fonda, NY, the site of her Baptism. (Unlike previous years, the pilgrimage will not be stopping at St. Kateri’s shrine this year)

Directions to Our Lady’s Shrine of the North American Martyrs:
I-90 (NY State Thruway) exit #28 Fonda-Fultonville.
Right after toll onto Riverside Drive, and uphill approx. 1 mile to stop sign: left onto Rte 5S east; approx. 2 miles to Auriesville Shrine.
