All Night Vigil of Prayer for Nascent Life at Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Carmel

The Pontifical Shrine of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in East Harlem, NY,  will be holding an all-night vigil this weekend.

Friday, June 23, 2017 – 6 PM – Saturday, June 24, 2017 6 AM

* 2nd Pro Life All Night Vigil for Nascent Life

6 PM – Confessions
7 PM – Stations of the Cross
7:30 PM – Veneration of the Holy Black Nazarene

8 PM – Traditional Latin Solemn High Mass 1962 Missale Romanum
for the Feast of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus

Prayers and Silent Adoration All Night for the Sanctity of Human Life
from Conception to Natural Death

1 AM and 3:15 AM – Breaks for Refreshments

4 AM – Indoor Procession with and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament

4:30 AM – Blessing of the Bonfire outdoors,
116th Street entrance and lighting of Candles
Glass candles will be sold throughout the night for $6 for this purpose

5 AM – Traditional Latin Sung Mass 1962 Missale Romanum
for the Nativity of Saint John the Baptist
