Tomorrow: Youth Conference in Waterbury

Posted by Stuart Chessman

The Lepanto Youth Conference will begin  at 10 am tomorrow at Immaculate Conception Basilica in Waterbury, CT.  We are expecting several hundred Catholic high schoolers, college students, and young professionals.
We have three outstanding priest speakers:  Fr. Tim Iannocone, Fr. Joachim Keeney, OP and Fr. Rufus Kenny.
At 1 pm  a Solemn Mass will be celebrated in the Basilica, with the music performed by  the men’s chant choir from St. Mary’s Norwalk.
This year’s theme:  A Sign of Contradiction: Catholic Identity in the Modern World
Breakfast and lunch are included.  The conference is at no cost to the attendees.  It is being sponsored by the Society of St. Hugh of Cluny.
