Traditional Masses for Christmas

The following churches will offer traditional Masses for Christmas, Tuesday, December 25.

Connecticut:

St. Mary Church, Norwalk,  Christmas Eve:  11:30 pm Christmas carols followed by  Solemn Midnight Mass;  

Christmas Day Mass, 9:30 am

Sts. Cyril and Methodius, Bridgeport, C  Midnight Mass, 8:30 low Mass, and 10:15 high Mass

St. Stanislaus, New Haven, Missa Cantata, 2 pm.

St. Marguerite Bourgeoys, Brookfield, Christmas Day: 12:30 pm Low Mass

St. Martha, Enfield, Midnight Mass at 12:00 A.M High Mass;

Christmas Day 11:00 A.M Low Mass

New Jersey:

St. Anthony of Padua, Jersey City,  Christmas Eve: Christmas Carols at 8:30 am, Mass, 9:00 pm;

Christmas Day: mass 9:00 am

Our Lady of Mount Carmel, Newark,  Solemn Midnight Mass

St. Anthony of Padua, West Orange,  Christmas Eve: 9:30 pm Confessions, 10:30 pm Traditional Christmas Carols, 11:00 pm Solemn High Midnight Mass (First Mass of Christmas);

Christmas Day: 7:30 am Low Mass (Second Mass of Christmas) 9:00 am Low Mass (Second Mass of Christmas);11:00 am High Mass (Third Mass of Christmas)

St. Catherine Laboure, Middletown, Christmas Day,: High Mass 8:45 am

Our Lady of Fatima Chapel, Peqoannock, New Jersey, Christmas Eve: Christmas Carols at 11:00 pm followed by Midnight Mass at 12:00 am;

Christmas Day: 7:00 am Mass at Dawn; 9:00 am Mass of the Day; 11:00 am Mass of the Day

St. John the Baptist, Allentown, Midnight Mass.

Mater Ecclesiae Church, 261 Cross Keys Road, Berlin,

Christmas Eve: 10:30 PM Christmas Carols, 10:50 PM Blessing of Manger and Christmas Proclamation,11:00 PM Christmas Mass through Midnight;

Christmas Day: 8:00 AM Low Mass, 10:30 AM High Mass

Our Lady of Victories, Harrington Park, Christmas Eve, 9 pm Missa Cantata.

Shrine Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament, 52 West Somerset Street, Raritan, Christmas Day: 11 a.m.

New York:

Pontifical Shrine of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, New York, Christmas Eve: 11 pm Confession followed by Solemn Midnight Mass;

Christmas Day: 1:30 am, Low Mass at Dawn; 10:30 am, High Mass.

Holy Innocents Church, New York, Christmas Eve:  10 pm Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, 11 pm Christmas Carols, 11:30 pm, Benediction, followed by Midnight Mass;

Christmas Day:  1:30 am, Low Mass at Dawn, 9 am Low Mass, 10:30 am, High Mass with Benediction.

St. Agnes, New York, Christmas Day, 9:00 am

Saint Catherine of Siena, New York, Missa Cantata in the Dominican Rite at 12 Midnight. Music of Vaet, Regart, and Willaert.

St. Anthony Church, 1496 Commonwealth Ave., the Bronx,   Sung Midnight Mass.

St. Paul The Apostle Church, McLean Avenue, Yonkers,  Sung Latin Mass at 10 pm on Christmas Eve and a Latin Mass at 6 am on Christmas Day.

Immaculate Conception, Sleepy Hollow, Christmas Day: Sung Mass at 1:30 pm.

St. Rocco Church, Glen Cove, Midnight Mass.

St. Ladislaus Church, Hempstead, Christmas Day: 9 am.

St. Josaphat Church, Bayside, Queens, Christmas Day: 9:30 am

St. Matthew Church, Dix Hills, Christmas Day:12:30 pm in parish chapel

St. Isidore Church, Riverhead,  Christmas Day: 2 pm

Our Lady of the Way, Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, Christmas Day at 10:00 am

Sacred Heart Church Hall, 33 Walter St., Albany,  Midnight Mass.

St. Joseph, Troy, Christmas Day: 12 pm
