A large congregation was present this Thursday evening.

Good to see Fr Rutler has settled into Holy Innocents after his move.
I remember Fr. Rutler from the old days at St. Agnes celebrating the TLM in the old church, at the temporary quarters on the Daily News building (after the fire) and later on briefly at the new St. Agnes. At that time, Card. O’Connor had them all (trad priests, suspected trad sympathizers etc) all under one roof so the Chancery could keep there eyes on them. That was no accident. Good to remember O’Connors comments after the TLM Pontifical Mass at St. Patrick’s (5000+ came). It would never happen again.
