Yesterday evening in the venerable church of St. Patrick – New York’s first cathedral – the office of vespers was sung for Friday in the fourth week of Lent. The schola was directed by Charles Weaver, Fr. Richard Cipolla presided and Bill Riccio and John Pia were the MCs. The Society of St. Hugh of Cluny sponsored the service; we would like to express our gratitude to Monsignor Donald Sakano, pastor of St. Patrick’s.
