Requiem Mass in Queens Commemorating Veterans of World War I

Olympia Council #394 of the Knights of Columbus sponsored a Solemn Requiem Mass in the Extraordinary Form at St. Ann Church in Flushing, Queens, commemorating the Council’s involvement in the WWI effort which included close relations with Fort Totten.

The stained glass window over the sanctuary of St. Ann Church is dedicated to  Knight of
Columbus  Joseph Stapleton, who gave his life in the service of his country, and his brother Ernest. Special thanks to Brian Hilley for organizing this special Mass.
