This weekend a major relic of Saint Anthony of Padua will visit Saint Mary Parish in Greenwich, CT. The relic will arrive on Saturday, June 10 at 12 noon and remain until after the 5:15 evening Mass on Sunday, June 11th.
On Sunday, June 11 at 3 PM there will be a Solemn High Mass in the Extraordinary Form. A Franciscan Friar from Padua will preach about the Saint.

On May 27 Bishop Frank J. Caggiano administered the sacrament of confirmation in the in the Traditional rite to more than 40 young men and women of St. Mary’s parish, Norwalk CT.
(Above) Fathers Paul N. Check and Joseph Gill served as chaplains to the Bishop of Bridgeport.
(Above and below) A Solemn Mass in the presence of Bishop Caggiano followed administration of the sacrament of confirmation. The celebrant of the Solemn Mass was the pastor of St. Mary’s, Father Richard Cipolla; the deacon was Timothy Iannacone and the subdeacon William Riccio, Jr.
John Pia was master of ceremonies; David Hughes directed the music (which included the “Missa Octavi Toni” by Orlande de Lassus).

For the first time in over 50 years, there will be a Solemn Latin Mass and Eucharistic Procession at Our Lady of Peace Church, 620 Amboy Avenue in Fords, New Jersey on Thursday, June 15 at 7pm to celebrate the Solemnity of Corpus Christi. Rev. David Skoblow will be the celebrant. Choir and schola are under the direction of Mr. Anthony R. Nardino (Director of Sacred Music of St. Peter the Apostle Parish in New Brunswick) and Mr. Samuel Rowe. Procession will follow Mass. All are invited to convivium (“coffee and —“) in the lower level afterwards for fellowship.

On Sunday, May 14, 2017 at 2:30 PM, there will be a Traditional Latin Solemn High Mass and Chanting of the Te Deum with great thanksgiving to Almighty God for the 30th Anniversary of Ordination to the Priesthood of the Reverend Father Marian Wierzchowski S.A.C., at the Pontifical Shrine and Parish Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in East Harlem, New York. Light Conviviality will follow the Mass in the Church Hall
On Friday, May 19, 2017 at 7:30 PM, there will be a Traditional Latin Requiem High Mass followed by Absolution at the Catafalque at the Pontifical Shrine and Parish Church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel. This Requiem Mass will be offered for our Priests on the 10th Anniversary of death of the Reverend Father Peter Rofrano, S.A.C., former Pastor of the Shrine and the Reverend Father Barry Bossa S.A.C, former Parochial Vicar at the Shrine.

The Catholic Artists Society cordially invites all members and friends to the annual Mass for Artists, Sunday, May 21, at 4 o’clock, at the newly restored Basilica of St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral in Soho. The Mass is offered for all artists, that their hearts might be cleansed and their minds enlightened by the inpouring of the Holy Spirit. Fr. Sebastian White, O.P., will offer the Mass according to the Missal of Bl. Pope John XXIII.
A reception will follow in the Basilica courtyard, weather permitting.
